This project launched in April 2014 aims to give more people access to mobility equipment and ultimately independence through recycling donated wheelchairs, mobility scooters and rollators.
Through the skills and experience of our engineering team, unwanted mobility equipment is serviced, parts replaced or refurbished made fit for purpose and available for purchase or hire.

Please note that we can only take equipment that has the original paperwork and is still having parts manufactured according to Medical Device Management Regulations.
We will need a form completed before we can confirm if we can accept your piece of equipment or not. Please call or email us for this form.
Equipment for hire purchase/sale
Please note all vehicles featured on this page have been donated to Sutton Shopmobility or were previously part of our hire fleet. We do not offer brand new vehicles for sale. We would advise all potential customers to obtain as much information as possible before making a mobility equipment purchase and consider their needs – eg. How much use will the vehicle get, type of terrain, storage and where to charge it? The following links may be useful:
If you are interested in one of the vehicles featured - please contact us for more information. We have a lease option payment feature whereby a short term warranty is provided and the vehicle is the property of Sutton Shopmobility until full payment is received. With full payment options on vehicles, a warranty can only be offered if the vehicle has had new batteries or motor replaced by Sutton Shopmobility.
